Founders’ message
We did not start with a plan to build a large team. We started by keeping one commitment every week and refusing to break it.
Everything you see here came from that. The WEC - Weekly Educational Criteria, the coaching structure, the recognition boards — none of it was designed in advance. Each part exists because a partner needed it and we built it. What has not changed is the standard. Follow the system before you try to improve it, ask your coach early and often, and let the record of your work speak on your behalf.
